Depending on your knowledge, we have divided the classes into several levels: Flamenco Intro, Beginner, with no experience or a minimum of 1 year of experience, Intermediate Flamenco 1 and 2, with teacher’s approval, and Flamenco Technique which is a multilevel class to complement the learning.

DANMAR offers Flamenco students the option to participate in the Spring Recital as part of the learning process of this discipline,.

Fundamentals of a Spanish art form. The class focuses on body posture, turns, footwork, hand & arm movements, and coordination. No experience required or a minimum of 1 year experience. FLAMENCO INTRO - BEGINNER

This course is aimed at students with basic knowledge about flamenco dance. In order to develop this class properly, it is important to learn zapateado, positions and movements of the arms, hands, hips, marcajes and the main twists used in flamenco. The technique is very important for the proper development of movements and also for your physical health. It will help you avoid future injuries. FLAMENCO TECHNIQUE

This class is aimed at students who know the basic techniques and movements applied to markings with binary and mixed compass. Variations of zapateado used in the different flamenco palos, the most common forms of contratiempos in binary and mixed time, and the typical exercises to increase speed are worked on. Choreography.
